Win streak is def a thing. After losing a few in a row I started getting like 15-20 pts a win while still losing 30-40+. After a few wins in a row the points awarded for a win went back to normal. Also ELO hell is real. First couple days was great. I placed at 2300 and climbed to 2427 that day, with gold metals for my role in every match. Everyone was on voice coms, worked together, adjusted team comp, grouped up, and made calls for incoming. Then I take a break for a couple days and when I come back nobody will use voice, everyone thinks running in single file one at a time is going to work, refuses to switch hero if its needed, and the toxicity flows. Went from great teams working together to climb to almost 2500 to tanking my rating down to 2100 in two days of play, and me getting gold metals both in my role and for things like damage and eliminations that the dps should be taking care of. Evidently my break allowed all the decent people to climb rank while I stagnated and was damned to elo hell for all of eternity by a vengeful and petty God.

Yh i feel the same, getting wins in a row defo gets you more points. Im assuming Seagul gets on mad streaks for sure, he got +80 points for this game alone! I win 1 lose 1 win 2 lose 1 win 1 lose 2 all the time. I average about 20-40 points per win. The only time i go +50 for a few games was when i was done doing my placement matches and i was winning games back to back. So yeah i would agree, there is defo a bonus to points for win streaks.
