I loved this format of video, seeing more of the people, especially as there were so many names that I have heard on the pods over the years! Its great that you are getting your mojo back - I defo recommend yoga for those difficult muscles that need polishing and finally I totally agree with your comment that you "need to do one" 🤪 Thanks for sharing.
