Wow..this is nalstalgic... I served as a Corp member 2014/2015. I lived in the NCCF corp members lodge at Awoliyi Estate in Abule Egba for six month before they evicted me. I saw the beginning of the construction of that bridge and we suffered a lot on that express road oh! JustRite was where I shopped at for necessaries each time NYSC paid us! We suffered so much for the ooz and stench coming from Abattoir. I remember a lot of those streets and buildings you showed after JustRite!

Lagos is so bad it's unbelievable, how some nigerians will watch this and think it's alright is beyond me.Markets and trading on the roads, everywhere indiscriminately, car garages in every junction and by the roadside. When l saw the supermarket l thought it was a garage. That is how the authority should build a garage and move those public buses and keke from the road.Build walkways instead of those market.Oh lord help Nigeria.😢Thank you.

it's not normal, but you need to understand that again, IT'S A DEVELOPING COUNTRY. and don't come at me telling me about other countries and whatever, there are rich organised places in lagos and abuja and there are the poor. it's much harder to coordinate people like this much when many live below, at, or slightly above the poverty line. once the economy improves and development naturally comes there, it'll become developed, that's how things work. look at ibeju lekki for instance

@@thatoneguywholovesthena-4529 It's a state of mind not necessarily economic development, you can have little and still live in a clean and healthy environment..A mindset that dont see the need for cleanliness would even struggle to get out of it to a better improved environment...Start with what you have and what is there..

Lies, almost all major roads in Lagos are in disrepair & bad, often flooded & trash & refuses are all over the environments in big numbers.. With all the allocations they generates everyday in the state from taxes one really need to ask what they have achieved so far with these monies ?

Lagos still looking backward

For real tho! Government seems at least to be striving to build modern infrastructure but large swathes of the population are still mired in 18th century living and hygienic habits…smh
