Ovrecoming lonliness

In this video, I decided to share about my experiences with overcoming loneliness. It's definitely really difficult but I'm so thankful to be able to have gone through this journey.

I understand you completely, you do not realize when you stop going out and you prefer to be at home, and you feel more comfortable being alone, although you know it is not right, I think going out with friends and doing new things is really useful. Involving and helping in the church is what helps me the most when I feel this way.
