Can we use preseed everyday or once in a while. Have tried multiple apps on my phone to track my periods and ovulation but seem like seem i been on depo and got off it got my periods in regular to me this month it seem like it lasted 4-5 days (is that possible) and so i just went and bought some pre seed and ovulation test yesterday and tested yesterday for ovulation but don't know how to read it to tell if it's right and i took pre seed this morning before intercourse and to be honest this intercourse was better then any other so do pre seed make intercourse feel different or how you know it's working

When you have small cramps (you don't really notice them unless you're really in tune with your body) but not all woman have small cramps. I have cravings and get hot especially when I go to bed and have to turn down the temperature 😂 hope this helped

Hi! Are you trying for baby #3? I’m asking because i am trying for #1. This will be cycle #2. I truly believe I missed my window the first time around because I went on an app alone. (Silly I know) but anyway I heard you say you should be getting your monthly on the 26-27 same as me. If you didn’t get a positive yet maybe we can all do this together! I also always followed my apps and my body and i did get pregnant 3 times my first cycles. But this time around i missed my window and now that i tried ovulation tests my app and my tests were off by two days ofcourse so no wonder i missed my windoe the first cycle. So doing the tests help so much🙂 Still waiting though no oregnancy positives yet
