12:04 Dr. Mercer was often confused with the Blacklight Entity that has assumed his name and form following his death. while Mercer was responsible for creating the Blacklight Virus and releasing it during the first outbreak in Penn Station. but most people credit the entity's action during the first and second outbreak to Mercer as well.

While it didn’t seem like a Misaka vs. Killua stat stomp during the analysis, they gave him the endgame RFI for equipment (this gave him infinite energy and barely able to handle The Beast without it, to defeating The Beast in seconds without much effort.) Evil Cole was given The Beast’s full powers, which includes singularity creation (Cole resisted the pull with his thrusters and The Beast could also become one, which let him teleport/avoid damage) and his high regeneration let him survive Cole’s strongest lightning storms. The Beast in Kessler’s timeline (Kessler chose to run to save his family, so The Beast’s potential grew) broke the moon in multiple pieces and affected the weather by just transforming. As for next time, I heard people mention the IDW comics, which made it sound like Archie Silver vs Heroes Trunks, with Megaton being Archie Silver (if they give him that.)
