I am currently working in DRC and you will never hear me comment about the people here cos I understand that it is their land and I am a traveler and need to respect the land.

ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. It wasn't a married rich man who went and made those comments, with his very rich Zimbabwean accent might I add. Complaining about South Africans going to a mall that has been standing longer than he has been in this country is simply not OKAY. This story upsets me. I'm not okay.

But honestly....this Ndoyisile issue has divided a lot of people.... Hence I said it's a very sensitive matter, and as an African staying in a foreign country I think we should learn to keep quiet, we should not become too comfortable......anyway I still think that if he is cancelled and deported it will also be an example to many

What you guys don’t get is that Zimbabweans who grew up in Matebeleland feel more South African than Zimbabwean, even before the economic struggles in Zim Ndebele people have been going to Egoli and making like they are South African so if u understand that history you can also understand how he probably feels too comfortable in SA , and can easily forget he is Zimbabwean. And think its ok to make such statements…..

Dry humor!! Dry humor guys! I feel people are reacting like this based on the fact that he is Zimbabwean. I am from Vosloorus, same municipality as Tembisa, would it have made a difference if it was said by a person from Eastrand or South Africa?? I don't think so. Trevor Noah has said all sorts of things about a lot of and a lot of places, not only him but a lot of people in comedy, Ndoyisile might not be a comedian but he is loved for his comic remarks. Calm down hle bathong

Scenario: I used to tease my brother growing up. But I would moer the neighbourhood kids who made the same jokes about him. Yes, it would have landed differently if it was said by a South African from a different township. Immigrants don't have the same liberties in how they express themselves about the socio-economic politics of the countries that they have applied to live in. He had no right to say what he said about the people of this country.

So he should take all that heat and pressure because people in Thembisa can’t afford a luxe spa. If I lost over 30k followers and I make shmoney from content creation I would need a spa on a yacht.
