I commend Hon Mpuuga for his polite response to the question about Hon. Luttamaguzi . Personally , I have never understood why Luttamaguzi attacks and goes personal against Mpuuga and people from Masaka. I have always thought that Luttamagizi actually hates Mpuuga and that the issues about that 500 million has got nothing to do with it.

Ofcourse this man deserved such be'se he's the only Lop that has really shown us us how to use that Office be'se He managed to Traverse All corners Of The county showing loopholes in most of Govt businesses ie Hospital generators That had not worked for some good period of time & ano of other projects.
