I once heard depression described as this, “ it’s like feeling as if your drowning but you see everyone around you breathing and you can’t do anything about it.” Depression isn’t necessarily wanting to kill yourself or being sad, it’s having intensely negative emotions that you can control and it just pulls you into an endless spiral of sadness and guilt of everything.

From my experience depression is when you feel like nothing matters. You feel like everything is pointless and nothing is important. You begin to feel like the things that made you most happy are pointless and that there’s no point or reason to live. Nothing to live for and nothing will ever matter. You’re alone and you feel like you’ll never get out of this darkness

Everyone is saying how they are the therapist one in the friend group but I don’t have any friends or a friend group because I lost 😞 😢 my best friend and I have nobody to have by my side and no one to stick up for me 😢😢❤ I loved her but now she is gone rest in piece is you are still reading here is the story she had cancer and was losing her hair and I shaved my head with her and one day at school she passed out 😵 in class and I ran to her and I carried her all the way to the office aka nurses office and they called for help and then she was in the hospital 🏥 and a few day later I was sitting by her bed when she stopped breathing and was dead silent and then I immediately started freaking out and crying and a bunch of doctors can in and then told me to get out and I could not stop crying for days I was so devastated 😢❤ and it’s been 1 month sense I saw her and I will never see her again I love her so much and I still go visit her at her grave every 2 times a week 😢❤😢😢
