If you’ve actually been through this, I’m so sorry. This is my life. I have Frickin trauma because it gets so bad and turns into verbal abuse sometimes. I literally just wanna fall apart when someone starts arguing, especially my dad and bonus mom. Sometimes it’s nice to know you aren’t alone and have a shoulder to cry on because they have yours.

I LOVE YOUR ACTING ITS AMAZING!! and yes I went through this childhood for like 9 years (starting from 4 to 12. I'm 16 Rn and not having to go through this again :)) I would put on my headphones and go outside for fresh air (this would happen at night only and bc I love when the sky has mixed of colors making it feel like life isn't real makes me feel a lot better) I would dance while listening to the music maybe sit down and pray for 20 minutes. Then sit there and look at the sky while singing. I would also be very close to the door listening to my parents fight so that way I can know when I have to go help my father (my mother is more aggressive which is how I got my type of aggression). I'm happy now that I don't have to go through this again but it still gives me chills.❤️ I'm so sorry if there's someone out there going through this still. Everything will be ok I promise you. Just pray for 20 minutes and stay calm. Nothing horrible is gonna happen. God has your parents (or whoever is fighting. Its not always the parents) calmed and not through hands at each other unless abusive behavior.❤️
