Recovery requires genuine reconciliation, equitable development policies, and investment in rebuilding trust and infrastructure. Leaders should focus on fostering unity and addressing the root causes of poverty rather than perpetuating divisive narratives. OWC this is not a government issue anymore. You left Acoli to suffer all these years. Now you pretend to want to help us. We don't want your involvement because we're not political. We just want to build our land ourselves. We realised over the years hoe much the rest of ugandans don't care about us. We're building ourselves, by ourselves. We're not poor, but heavily marginalised by rest of uganda. Allow us freedom to do our business freely like the rest of ugandans so we can tackle the frustrations you're constantly giving Acolis. Just stop marginalising and over taxing Acolis. This is not fair.
