This owl dot has no display. It doesn't display anything at all. It only sits on your desk looking like an owl. You can verbally ask it things and it can verbally answer you.

You don't need to sign up for their children-specific programming. You can just run it as a normal free Alexa dot. That's how I use all my dots - including this one. I just use them to turn my lights on and off.

Alexa used to have celebrity voices you could pay to install, but I think those have all now been removed. There were only a few of them, and no Disney characters. You would think that would be a licensing gold mine ...
