one bonus tip: you can actually place healing herbs on any tile you want BEFORE you attack there, so just a while later once you start decolonizing without being attacked, your units do heal there already ;)

I really loved the introduction with the scenes indicating the specific Lores. 4:45 And just one extra detail that I thought of doing as soon as I started playing with this clan. When you use the Fertile Soil Lore, if you try to be clever and destroy the branch to make another zone fertile too, the previous zone loses the effects of the branch.

Great guide! Really enjoyed this, I might have to give Owl another go. Something that might be worth talking about as well is the support elements from your teammates perspective. For example, I just played a game where I was wolf, and I was getting +9.1 lore from parasitic veggies, allowing me to get veiled threats, field rations, and still have military lores in good timing. Since we had early 100 relations thanks to hypnotic, my veiled threats trading was insane value, and he was trading me a lot of food which sustained my army. I'm sure many other clans also have a great synergy with owl, could be interesting to see which combinations are strongest.

Thanks a lot! Yeah Owl + Wolf is such a great boost for Wolf. Especially gifting him Feeling Safe and the trade routes feel soooo good! I am still convinced Lynx is better, but in this case Wolf at least has some eco and recovery behind.

Also, there is a gigamove in conjunction with Stag, you can place a sprout on any Stag tile and he will build extra warehouses there, hahahahaha!

New to northgard, but one thing ive done with owl is place the creeping vines in enemy townhall zones, so anytime they attack me i already deal 15% more damage to them no matter where the fight is

You can do that as well. Without a ton of camp upgrades, I'd suggest going for the secret tech, though :)

Hey PJ, The way it works is simply skipping relic and gifting the stag the important lores instead. Immediately send a Norn to the Stag townhall and boost it with Fertile Soils, Colo, Carpentry and Erudition, then build Kröwns for a rush defend.

Hypnotic spores only effect enemy in the tile when you step into the tile ,they still can raid you

I place it in a tile with 6 wolves , and the wolf dont reduce defence and still can raid me , I step into their tile they dont attack me, also dark elf still can raid you if they have the raid events

It only affects units who can build relations with: Dwarves/Kobolds/Myrkalfar/Jötunn Myrkalfar won't go into your territory if it's not event time, though! Could you clarify what you mean by " they don't attack when I step into tile" ?

When step into jortnn anf dwarf tile lower than 30 relation , they will attack you , but with hypotic spore there they won't attack you whenn you step into , also wild foes like wolf

In game with stag u actually dont need to upgrade farm and place second one, u need to take stag lore after erudition to place much silos and start trading much food ur teammate

Morover, i dont see sense of buidling brewers in case u geting much happiness from ur zones. U just taking felling safe and upgrading ur camps after all based eco is upgraded

@@taimont Brewers safe you 200 early lore. Feeling Safe without chief is not ideal (?) and getting stuck on 15 population is not good. The Food Preservation steal off of Stag is a great suggestion, but it wouldn't make sense to build only Silos in a guide.

@@larsmanlive Yep, but u stay with 15 population about 2-3 months before ur relic forged. Feelling safe as usual getting in may-june even with no boosts at start. and ur chief comes at this time. Just owl has so much happiness incomings, like brewewrs not value as for me

The mobile version is behind the PC version, so you'll eventually get all the clans in mobile as well.

Im super new to northgard. And got some questions. Is getting housed normal at 6? in both my games yesterday i couldn't place fertile Soil+have lore for house. In one game i found a graveyard 3 tiles away and instantly placed my norns there and in the other game i let my norns work a rune ring my mate found. 1 norn then just wandered around. Was this okey or should i have called here back? If my mate found a forest also rush teraforming gorund? Iron Wood on stone and then mine Iron by Hand. Did i understand this corect. Thank to the guide kind knew what to do in both games. But my army convert was kind late... / i didnt knew exactly when. In 1. Game i made teraforming ground (placed it on my Mates forest/fish tile) then made camp and Chief bc i kind had to self clear / had a rune. made a market to get gold for relict. In 2. Game i rushed relict. farmed stone to upgrade Food/Market and Made chief. Clonized grave yard and picked erudition. but was i litle more lost to when pick what lore.

Hey there! I am happy you decided to pick up the game. This clan is the only clan where it's value to house yourself early on. Getting the extre lore production for the Norn on your first lorestone early is worth it. Don't do that with other clans, though! I would try to have your Norns work at least 2 lore sources at all time. Scouting with the 3rd one should be fine! If a mate has a forest, it's value to rush terraforming ground as well! With treasure you will get Verdandi earlier than me and she'll boost your fertile soil tile faster. Yes, you understood that perfectly. Iron Wood on Stone. Iron Mine on iron. Terraforming Ground immediately after: Fertile Soil -> Iron Wood -> Colo- > Terraforming ground You can place that in your allies' tile as well! Self-clearing is rough but doable as long as you can get early chief with treasure. For lore orders pause the video at 0:02 ! The timing can be hard at first and the clan needs lots of practise (you're playing the most complex Northgard clan after all), but I am sure you'll eventually get the timings down. Pick Erudition much muuuuuuch later! You're priority is Parasitic Vegetables and Carpentry after all!

Owl's still decent in 1v1. Make sure to place parasitic on your own tile and creeping vines on the enemy!

Your teammates benefit from branches once you reach 30 relations with them. With some branches: the more relations you have, the better the effect.

Have 100 relations with an ally. Place the oldest sister on an ally tile which has "creeping vines" in it. Bonus points for "protection rune carving". Fight alongside your ally!

So far I have just been playing pve and i have watched a ton of your videos to get better at the game. But after 32 hours I can say that the ai is so stupid in this game in the way that all the enemies you border take turn relentlessly attacking you. Its just so shit and ruins the game for pve.
