Yep, it's cheaper than buying one of the original Sony batteries and so far no downsides with my Sony A7III! Which camera do you have btw?

I prefer the Smallrig battery replacements, not much more, does not cause the battery message to pop up like these do. One of my JYJZPB died within 6 months of of light usage. Overall these are probably still some of the best third party batteries.

Good to know. I guess you're on the Sony A7IV? I don't get the pop-up message on my Sony A7III.

@DemCrumblies At the least on the A7CR I'll get the message pop up on the batteries. Like I said except for the smallrig, these things are some of the best third party batteries.

thank you for your review ... to be honest with you the only thing that will stop me from buying this is the micro usb cable ... i switched to type c for everything now even my power banks are with type c don't have any single item with micro usb port that my only gripe with this one hopefully they would release new version with type c by then i would consider them.

Even though it comes with a microUSB cable, you can use a USB C cable too to charge it up once you plug it into the input port : )
