Retired Landscape Architect.... I have done large water based projects. Everything depends something, the Master Plan helps keep all the vendors on same page as developers. This look like an real gem.

Over $900k for a vacation home or retirement home ? That’s a small target audience. Mohave Valley is about 170 miles from phoenix snd its not really near anything.

Money a side, if this is what someone wants then is okay. for me long narrow lot w/ good neighbors each side then might be okay. if someone happens to be a pain then you stuck w/ it. I prefer more privacy. nothing against the video.🍺

Sorry it's not 45 degrees more like 60, big different. And it's not snowmelt it comes out of the bottom of Davis dam, that's why it's cold.
