I’ve lost people I love who have passed away but the most painful thing I’ve experienced is losing someone who is still alive. It’s really hard. Hard to accept the loss, doubt about yourself and to not give up. Things will start to feel better over time. I’m going on about 3 years. It doesn’t hurt as bad but it does get better, I promise! We have to learn to love ourselves before we can love another. I think my biggest issue is not trusting myself to trust someone else. ❤️🩹🫶🏼

I'm in my 3rd year of my son's father/ life partner dumping me like yesterdays trash after 16 years and finding out on FB that we were no longer together ( but he was still sleeping with me). I am so hurt, betrayed, insecure, etc.
@SharonMcglothlin8 ай бұрын
I totally agree with you on this, to know they are still out there is so hard. My husband of 19 years had an affair with his supposedly best friends wife and he left me and our 2 sons. My world was turned upside down that night. Also the man who thought my ex was his best friend passed away 3 months later. Grief is not just losing someone thru death you have the right to grieve a life with someone you loved and it's no longer there. The death of a marriage is very very painful.

The first lady is spot on. When someone is pathetically lining up your replacement without your knowledge you have every right to feel incensed by that level of disrespect and deceit and to feel angry with yourself for not realising what was happening.

It’s totally unreasonable to expect to be friends when you dump someone. It allows you to feel good while you rub it in their face and they can’t move on.

Her biggest fear is that she will be alone forever... Time running out. Her paradigm of herself and her values, ie she's more valuable having a partner than not, had been upended. She has to learn to see herself differently and evolve.

I think the second women seemed very sweet and has every right to be broken hearted, she has 3 children by this man ! She is very pretty and seems very kind! I think she needs to learn to believe in herself and not love so hard that a man can take advantage of her because she is too nice and forgiving! Have to learn some self respect and she should have not swept in under the rug her husband had an affair! Sad situation!
