To the wife who has the husband who doesn't remember birthdays or holidays. If you've clearly expressed how much they mean to you, then obviously he does not care. Next Christmas, his birthday, Father's Day, etc, get him nothing. Get yourself a nice present from Santa. On your birthday, invite friends over or go out and celebrate. On Mother's Day, take yourself and your kids out to brunch. He may start to realize what being ignored feels like.

moms Never say to kids "Wait till your father gets home" then throw that in their face when they come in the door. As a child I had to go pick a twig off the lemon tree. That was the hardest part . I learned to behave, by my mom

Romance, IMHO, is not flowers or grandiose gestures… for me, it is, “hey hon, I saw this magazine about >subject< you love and picked it up for you…” or they may go out of their way for a bargain, but your brand of fancy oat milk is always in the fridge… or “Good morning…I got up and fed the cat so she wouldn’t wake you up!” … small things that tell you that you are on their mind. ❤️ PS. I just buy my own darn flowers!

She's dealt with wake up, dress, breakfast, meltdowns, make lunches, brush teeth, take to school, bill paying, groceries, house cleaning, call from school for sick kid, dentist appt, repair person showing up, dog eating something that made them sick, pick up from school, snacks, meltdowns, homework, dinner prep, remembering the laundry etc......

Women who are married to Narcissists who use their wives as servants and choose not to take responsibility within the house that they live in, need to recognise their power and get out of selfish relationships like these.

who did y'all marry? LOL . Truth be told my husband is not a person who presents flowers nor gifts but I don't really mind it. When things are not done that he is supposed to do, I can do it myself - easier than getting frustrated by it. He has his flaws and so do I. His better qualities outweighs the flaws. He is my best friend for 33 years and running. Love runs deeper that these things for me. I know I got really lucky. Good luck ladies.

After marriage and having kids, many men loose interest and are not romantic anymore! They were romantic and gave a lot of attention before marriage but once they get what they wanted, it’s gone…Why is it so hard to pay attention to their wive after marriage? Some men need to chase…if they are too sure, that’s what can happen! Many divorces because of lack of attention to their wives! Nothing worst than being ignored by your partner!

The first husband OBVIOUSLY does not like his wife. I don’t think I have ever met any man that loves his wife deeply that would reject physical affection. Perhaps his attraction is also not 100%. Sounds like he finds her annoying. He is obviously emotionally unavailable.
