for the croffles, you might wanna try using pre-baked croissants from the day before that didn't sell. sometimes it just works better (like how breadcrumbs are better with stale bread) and also helps reduce food waste! :)

Oh I'm so glad I found your channel I love this! Always been curious about what it's really like to own a small cafe. I'm living in Korea now and I was just thinking how common croffles are here haha been here so long didn't know it was popularized in Korea ;) To be honest though, plain Korean waffles that they sell in subway stations and markets are my favorite! Sometimes they put cream or apple jam on them and they're SOOO GOOD! Ask your barista if she tried them heh heh :)

It definitely depends on the product so we have to shop around, but milk products and things that need to be frozen or refrigerated are cheaper to buy in store than due to shipping!
