Where can we read about gun laws like when to shoot and when not to shoot? In a scenario of a home invasion for instance, can you open fire when someone immediately breaks down a door or you should 1st assess if they are posing a "risk" to your life?

Not so fun fact: SAPS 10111 call centre is understaffed by over 50% for the past 7 years. Just last year, the call centre missed 6 million calls. Six million calls - missed!!!* That’s an average of 16 439 missed calls per day. Yesess!! We’re on our own.
