You just have to ask... And of course you have to know that the SAs won't think to pack them if you don't ask. 🙂

I am so glad you did this video as I just bought this bag yesterday! But in Medium I had also purchased the Medium in caviar from Fashionfile however the caviar was very soft and crossbody was a tad short plus the charm was on the middle of the chain strap and you could not pull the chain through so I returned.I like this bag so much better as the chain can be adjusted and it is more puffy and sturdy than the soft caviar from last year. I also have nothing like this style. I saw your clip with a tee and jeans - looked great - I was wondering if the shiny calfskin would look ok as a casual bag.

Hi Oxana congrats on your new beauty! I think it’s a great crossbody bag. And yes it is crumpled calfskin I bought a handbag from the same collection with the same leather, it is very very resistant but don’t forget still leather ;). As per packaging, and protectors here in the US you still get everything maybe in Canada things are different? 🤷🏼‍♀️🧐

Thank you 🙏. Yes, in Canada 🇨🇦 we have different rules(way worse than in US). They removed an actual tag right away, meaning if you want to resell your bag it looks like used. Also they remove protective stickers; and know they started to remove felts 🤯. Soon they will stars removing dust bag, boxes etc 🤣😂
