Such a beautiful film. It's the essence of surfing: one day is good (exceptional in that case), and it only lasts a few hours, but you remember it. It's a fleeting moment, something so short but which feels so long, just like when you're on a good ride. It may last 15 seconds, but in your mind, the memory plays as a 1 minute clip. You remember what you did, the color of the water, the feeling. Great interviews and footage from locals as well as legends. Kelly, Andy, Mick, Joel...All the greats!

Apart from this being a rare and epic session, the great thing about this film, is it makes one reflect on one's own surf history and sharing those rare and epic sessions with your mates. Those once in a lifetime days when all the elements line up. Magic!

As a temporary worker I remember suddenly being told I was out from work for a month. Then a mega swell forecasted for Indo, booked flights, arrived the 4th, scored triple overhead walls on the 6th of April 2012, then 20 of April 2012 was even bigger with a new swell, unforgettable, classic and the best ever. I've tried several times to find an article that was around talking about those 2 swells but it's gone, was on old magicseaweed site, they themselves called it triple overhead/nuclear. Luckily i got the pics ❤

Amazed to see Kevin and Simon again in that newspaper photo. Great guys. The mayor also gave them a key to the town. Had a couple of good sessions with them, the banks were really good nice long barrels. Brings back a lot of good memories.

Mundaka tiene los peores locales que pueden haber en una pico. Te haces mil km para surfear allí, y los chulitos locales del pico te hacen sentir fatal, te saltan, te gritan si estás remando alguna, aunque nadie la esté remando. Se hacen dueño de aquello, en definitiva unos cabronazos

En 94 il y a eu la même session. Avec des vagues peut être encore plus grosses… Kelly était déjà là bien sûr et toute la génération des surfers de l’époque. Et Tom Curren qui sortait les barrels les plus longs et improbables…

Aquel año fue genial se les olvida comentar que en 2005 se hizo el dragado de la salida del puerto tubo muchas críticas pero,la arena se coloco en su sitio y con más fondo,aquel día y éste año fue genial pero lo qué más recuerdo son las lágrimas de los qué se creían los pros de mundaka y con algo de autoridad sobre el resto 😂😂😂😂las lágrimas corrieron durante mucho tiempo x Uribe kosta 😂😅
