Can’t record in here it’s against GDPR rules, yep the same ones about how organisations store your data. Nowhere in the 7 standards does it mention a member of public recording in a public place. GDPR ultimately places legal obligations on a processor to maintain records of personal data and how it is processed, providing a much higher level of legal liability should the organisation be breached.

Here’s some facts for you. In the UK, there are no WRITTEN LAWS to say you can film/photo from a public place. There are no laws to say you can't "YOU ARE ALLOWED” The reason why? Is because of the millions of CCTV that sprung up over the years in the UK. It's accepted, there's no expectation of privacy in a public place. If there was some law rought out to restrict this because of privacy. Then all the CCTV cameras would all have to come down. Big Brother wouldn't allow that would they. In a nut shell, the only places you are allowed to Film/ Photograph without interference is from a "Public Right of Way" Footpath, bridleway and Street or road. Actions like this get noticed for the wrong reasons, if the police get involved, as you know, they don't abide by the law ;-). Even In the US, although it is written in their constitution "Freedom of the Press. People were still being arrested for filming inside and outside federal (Public) buildings. It wasn't till 2012 , and its mentioned many times in the 1st Amendment audits., they had to get written permission by means of a memo, which was sent out, first by the DHS, then Poster 7 allowing photo/film the outside of Federal buildings, also inside where the public were FREELY ALLOWED to be with no restrictions. IN THE THE UK YOU DON'T HAVE THAT PERMISSION. Only Network Rail has welcomed photo/film then there are restrictions. www.networkrail.co.uk/communities/railway-enthusiasts/guidelines-for-taking-photos-at-stations
