The reason why Jing got recognition so quick (which she most definitely deserves) is that we really needed to see lives of humanities students as well. As a fellow humanities student, I found her videos genuinely relatable, and quite helpful as well and oh did I mention how aesthetically appealing they are! I don't think it's crazy to want to do some travelling whilst you're in the UK, and there's so many beautiful places that are just an hour or two from Oxford. But don't you worry about missing out on your Oxford experience by going away every weekend? You can develop lifelong friendships and try new things in a city you're only in for short terms. Life goes quickly, you can always do postgrad in London.

When you said that you traveled two hours to go to school and that's why you didn't see traveling to London as long, I felt identified. I also travel two hours to go to school because I live outside the city and public transport is very bad. The city is very walkable and I got to visit so many sites, museums and old buildings. Did some sight seeing with my friends too. I loved it, there's always places, shops and restaurants to go to.
