Hearthwarming video as always. Just wanted to give you an advise regarding the "quick food making", in case you keep doing it,...always, always prioritize your health, give yourself 30 minutes to nourish your body, or else you'll regret in the future. I've lived for almost a year with egg and cheese sandwiches 'case they were easy and quickly to make, but I ended up with bad results in my blood test, I function slower and it's hard to understand or keep my attention on my studies now. Do not take it for granted, take care of yourself with healthy food choices. Be wise and strong A huge hug from Argentina 💙

You feel that it's the end of the world if you don't get the work done (nicely) because you care and you have standards, which is a good thing. You just gotta convert this kind of stress into motivation. I was like this as well back when I had to study for school. I couldn't tell myself to settle for a grade C. A method I used was to promise myself some gift once I got the work done nicely. It could be anything from a small purchase to a nice trip abroad. Regardless, you have to be loyal to yourself -- i.e. you gotta actually reward yourself once you're done. That's my idea of 'work/study-life' balance -- you work hard first, then you balance it off with a nice reward. Hope this helps! (:

I'd love to comment about your stress rant. First of all, I think it's totally normal to feel that way, but I do think it is also the pressure we might put on ourselves as women. I'm not sure if you listened to Reshma Saujani's TED talk but she says that, "we teach our women to be perfect, and we teach our men to be brave." You should listen to it. Just be comfortable with imperfection, because no one and nothing is perfect and BE BRAVE :)

i love your videos so much!! as a person who lives in london and is indian my favourite indian places in london are all of these are halal since i'm muslim dishoom(very pricy but authentic and reminds my dad of mumbai when he was growing up there) masala zone(just chefs kiss, reminds me of travelling in rajasthan) farzi cafe(authentic and very good, for info there were irani/parsi cafes in mumbai started by persian zoroastrians who emigrated to india fleeing religious prosecution) i love your videos and they always have so comfy and wholesome vibe. you make exam stress easier(as a person with gcse's coming up) and i always feel refreshed and motivated after watching your videos
