Do you have to use the anchor strap to headstock as well or will it be OK without strap?

Im looking at throwing a tank bag on my 2017 Fireblade for a 2 week tour, anyone with experience of these know if they're good to lean on for long rides, or would getting a strap one be better? I don't want to bend or stress the hard base of these. Definitely needs to be a tank bag that has a backpack option though.

Would the Q15R be a reasonable fit on both an SV650S and ZRX1200R? I'd like to buy one bag and 2 rings so I can swap it between the bikes. I'm pretty sure there's plenty of room on the ZRX but not sure if the 15L would be too big for the SV650

Why is the 20 liter built differently ?? ... it looks much bigger than the 30 and has no front key pocket like the other 3 bags

The 20 liter bag is shaped to fit the sloped tanks found on many adventure bikes. It does not have the front pocket so as to be sleeker. Even though it looks bigger, the slope is deceiving. The capacity is measured when expanded, and the 30 liter version does indeed expand to fit 30 liters compared to the sloped 20 liter version. -DrewZilla

What's a good backpack that can carry a helmet, as well as textbooks and such to go to college with? Or do you just recommend getting a regular backpack and carrying my helmet in my hand?

Really interested in buying the 30L as I am waiting my new Tracer GT to be delivered, but I really don't know if this tank lock system works on my model (as there are some plastic bounce near the gas cap). Any experience?

Currently, this is not compatible with the Tracer GT. However, Givi's Tanklock System is compatible with your bike. What stops fuel vapour or and fuel ingress from rotting the bag.

Hopefully your gas cap is properly sealed. You remove the bag when filling up with fuel, so you really shouldn't have much issue with fuel vapors. It's no different than any other tank bag in this regard. -DrewZilla
