Which one would you prioritise? University or Subject I mean comp science or a more demanding subject in a less prestigious university or a bad subject or less demanding subject in a more prestigious university

Well the main thing is do what you actually want to. If that is comp sci then apply for comp sci at your top choice universities. I definitely wouldn't be applying for materials science at Oxford if I wanted to study comp sci but didn't think I had the chance to get in because if you get accepted you then have to do four years of a degree which you don't really want to do even though it is at a very prestigious university. So definitely follow your passions and apply for a subject you love at different universities and wherever you get accepted, you will enjoy it and do a lot of learning.
