I am seeing the Perkons in the the background. Do you use this in addition to your modular. Or do your modular drum modules actually kind of replace the Perkons right now ? Thanks a lot !

I don';t actually have any modular drum modules outside my travel performance case. I use the Perkons for recording drums in studio for production (and loops for performance sometimes). Love the Perkons for percussive sound exploration.

What multi-effects pedal would you recommend as an oxi meta alternative? A zoom pedal?

It's hard to get the Samy range of performance effects out of traditional sound design pedals. You could look at the Pioneer RMX1000 and RMX 500. They would be the closest to the Meta for master performance effects. The more common option is an Octatrack with EZbot's performance template. THanks for watching!

I have nothing against KZbin channels accepting gear, but it does get weird when they are paid to represent something they don't actually use without saying that it is a paid advertisement. People have to make a living, so no judgement. I just prefer to only show off things I use and genuinely like (most of which I buy myself or borrow). It makes the whole process a lot easier.
