Merci à l'equipe de la régie de mettre une fois en avant un bassiste, trop souvent le musicien oublié dans les lives 😅😊 Ca fait plaisir que tous les musiciens soient montrés dans ce live, en plus de Débbie, la star et du public. Ca me rappelle les excellentes vidéos filmées par l'équipe de la TSR (télévisuon suisse romande) au festival de Montreux, que ce soit des groupes pop ou jazz. Toujours de belles prises de vues de l'ambiance et de tous les musiciens, bassistes compris. Bravo ! Concert superbe du grouoe "Blondie" toujours en forme malgré les années qui passent, en tous cas Débbie et le batteur sont toujours bien présents et en forme. Pas évident à leur âge....😮

Too bad she ended up breaking (ugh) rap, instead of rock chicks. Aside from the Go-Gos(with watered down not very rocking hits),, Garbage, Pretenders, Benatar and Hole, not many of the others she led to did very well in the US , eg X, Missing Persons, Bow Wow Wow, Altered Images, Divinyls,Romeo Void, Josie Cotton,The Avengers, Bonnie Hayes,Concrete Blonde, Trans Vamp, Elastica, Kim Wilde, and The Primitives. Even Liz Phair and L7 said Debby was an inlfuence. But I am glad for all the other chicks in rock she led to. So many great memories! It was a golden era for rock chicks, something that will never happen again. Debby wasnt an influence for lousy dance music chick (yuck) Madonna Sadly the brillant Donna Summer would have to be the influence for that a--hole.
