Oxtail has its own flavor of beef you cannot put in jackfruit...some flavors are not transferable, not even close😢

If you don’t like what you see, simply keep it moving. This recipe was given a title, but if we use common sense, we know these are NOT oxtails, it’s more about the flavor than anything. Find something else to do with your day sir, God bless you.
