Oxy-Dry cleaning upper floor in townhouse plus a warning about loose carpets

This carpet cleaned well although it was quite worn and very loose all over. In this video I will share an incident that occurred recently with another very loose carpet and how I resolved that particular concern with the customer.

I don’t like customers like this, I discontinue service for them.

Awesome machine! I am definitely going to look into one of these in the future. Sucks that there is always that one customer that is intentionally looking for any reason to get a FREE cleaning.
