It does seen that attitudes towards Oxycodone nary greatly between the UK and the US. I suffer from chronic pain due a neck condition called a stenosis. My Doctor and I tried different pain medication until I found the most apt to be the Oxycodone. I take an 80, a 60 and a 30mg in the morning and another 80 and then 2x 30mg 12 hours later, plus 300mg of Gabapentin every 12 hours. I also have 1x litre of Oromorph which is morphine sulphite or liquid morphine and a box of 200 Cocodomol tablets which are 30mg codeine and 500mgof paracetomol. I'm prescribed this every 28 days. Just seems so normal here and I'm allowed to adjust mu dose up or down with my Doctor, We have a health service and this prescription is free due to my disabilities. There is no stigma attached either.. Sounds pretty awful over there.!!

i Also live in Finland and get Oxycontin and tramadol 200mg x2/day now but ivew tried also Oramorph same liquid as you have but my doctor dont wanna give orramorph and oxy same time which is shame

Holy cow! You take a combination of 170mg. intermittently in the morning? How in the heck do you stay awake , I hope you are retired! I have been prescribed .05mg., yes .05 4x a day for my chronic SEVERE back & leg pain. I am 72 & retired, your dosage just blew my mind because my small dosage manages my pain quite well. Please reply if you like, thanks.

i got this prescribed after getting my wisdom teeth out & took it last night. NEVER wanna feel like that again. my god it was terrible. broke out in a huge sweat and my head was spinning. luckily i fell asleep before it cld get worse but i know it wouldve gotten a lot worse. had no idea what i was getting myself into

True. Opioids dont work w certain people. All depends on personal body chemistry. Some people have a terrible experience & for other people, its very enjoyable

As a patient battling cancer they have had me on this for awhile..it does help to some degree an very careful w dosage as I struggled in the past...I do my best to stick w prescribed dosage and use Bayer back and body as a supplement...also deal w osteoarthritis in both knees,so pain is a way of life now at 64-65

Inguinal hernia but tomorrow the 12th officially marks one week since I've had surgery so I don't need any pain medication anymore I feel much better thanks to God amen🙏🏾♥️
