Question- does our body actually use oxygen or just bind carbon to it and breathe it out as CO2 ?

@MedCram - Medical Lectures Explained CLEARLY What about altitude, what's the normal reading/levels of Oxygen sauration for a city above 2,000 meters and 122 mmHg partial Oxygen pressure in the atmosphere?

I never understood this quantitatively before. I guess this is why people who live at high altitudes have such high Hgb levels.

Do you have to mutliply the DoO2 by 10 because cardiac output is in L/min and Arterial Oxygenation content is in mL/dL?

by the way, "delivery to the tissues" is some intima mile to me, I mean, what - having heard your final words - does the final millimeter look like? This seems to be kind'a underrated in basic textbooks. O2 must diffuse, to the mitochondria, crossing epithelia of vein, then cell membran, then mitochondira membrane - without any carrier? Haemoglobin delivers, and there is no other? I hope for some more video. That one is disturbing, after all. Thank you, great work!

We can increase the amount of o2 in solution with hyperbarics! How could we use this equation to demonstrate this?

So do we choose Hb solely beacause it has the largest percentage? Is Sat was 15% would we choose that? Thank yoh so much! I don't know why teaches make this so complicated!

Extracorporal Membrane Oxygenation - Oxygenator - Q: What is the mixture or mixture range? What are the gases? Can an oxygen molecule be reduced in size, lubricated or thinned? A scuba diver.
