Not sure why there would be smoke coming from the bank 1 o2 sensor after new spark plugs, head gasket and valtronic camshaft ring were replaced. Any suggestions?

thanks for your videos always helpful! Can you tell me what size Torx female socket is? Used to remove the two bolts for the plate on bank one sensor two? And it’s also looking like maybe I have to access those bolts from underneath the car? Thanks!
