Yes! I did it this way, because it was easier than bringing it to where I had bigger tools. But you can access it from either side.

Where did you get that part from? What is part number? Im having the same exact problem rip

I don't remember the exact part number, but I got it from Amazon or RockAuto. Basically just use the vehicle matching and make sure its the correct upstream or downstream. I've almost always found the best prices on RockAuto or Amazon. Be careful what brand you get though, we've gotten Ultra Power O2 sensors before and they don't last very long. Better to go with Denso or Bosch or another respected brand.

As far as I know, just a check engine light.

Other than check engine, you may experience abnormally low rev at idle, making the car feel like it's vibrating on a low frquency.
