Louis the best way to get 100% happyness , is to make total submission to you creator ,to your GOD , to your Allah, the most Marcyfull ,the most patients, the ever leaving, which has no beginning and no ending. He is the one who gaves you the life, and you will return to ward him in one day.

@@shakircaqil4753 Salam... I was surprised to see you here !!! I was going to mention the same thing you mentioned. They always forget Allah. I just made a research to prove that listening to Quraan and understand what we read is the best way to increase Oxytocin in our body and this is how we bond with him then with the others because this hormone increases the happiness, faith, trust etc... in human brain and this is why God mentioned in the Quraan that Moms must breastfeed their babies for 2 years if the baby still interested in nursing. This is one of the reasons why families in poor countries has more bonding with eachothers than those who call them selves the first world hmmmmm really !! Because mothers in these countries shove a bottles in their babies mouth filled with manufactured milk starting from day one which doesn't contain oxytocin that help the mother and her baby bond now in the future add to the that no DNA information found in a baby who didn't nurse from his Mom.. it means their kids will act differently than their parents. Salam. لا اله الا الله محمدا رسول الله.

Praise & worship raises oxcytocin. Being surrounded by those you love or who love you raises it too. Good company matters. Finding new inspiration and something that will help you be excited for the day raises it.

Sleep on a schedule even during off days. Walk, run, or light jog BEFORE breakfast. Once insulin is in the body, hgh stops producing. Always talk to your doctor before using any of the recommendations as I do not know your current health. Be well

Of Course. I first came across it in an article in Psychology Today, by Dr. Paul Zak. Here is the link...www.psychologytoday.com/blog/the-moral-molecule/201311/the-top-10-ways-boost-good-feelings I also looked at an article by Jillian Pransky..The article is here..yogadork.com/2014/09/22/metta-meditation-a-blend-of-imagery-intention-and-observation-that-can-change-your-life/ Lastly, the 8 second hold and breathe out wasn't researched in depth, I just heard author James Altucher mention it and it worked well for me. Hope this answers your question! -Michael

Dr. Michael Unks great way of putting it, I was listening to a ted a talk and someone said social media realises that Quick hit of dopamines ? Is this a good thing or bad thing. I’ve been dealing with anxiety for about 8 months so I’ve reaching different methods of reducing it. So I was going to have a break from it as sometimes I’m quite addicted to it.

Hey Michael I have a question, I have a crush and We worked together for at least 5 years, (now she’s in a different department) but i see her sometimes or rarely, if i see her at the bar, what can I say specifically to higher her oxytocin towards me? Like we don’t text or talk on the phone and she knows I have a crush on her and shes nicer to me then anybody but is there any specific words I can say to her or any action I can do to make her really like me and give me a chance to make her fall in love with me?
@MichaelUnks
@MichaelUnks 6 жыл бұрын
ivan perez, What I’ve found in my experience is women are attracted to confidence. I don’t believe you have to say any special words. I’d say just ask her out while be direct. I’m guessing you know what she likes to do with her spare time or what movies she likes. Just say something like, “I know you like this, want to go with me on this day?” I’ve made the mistake of overthinking when it comes to women and it sounds like you are too lol. Be courageous, be direct, and just go for it! Please let me know how it goes.

Michael Unks know! I have an excellent wife but I fall in love with this new and younger girl. My wife is good looking and everything but I tend to love bad, independent women or maybe is because my wife love me so much that I feel that she will be always there for me.
@MichaelUnks
@MichaelUnks 7 жыл бұрын
george p I think you're on the right track..Maybe since you believe that she'll always be there you take her for granted. Just like if you have dozens of cookies in your pantry..you have so many of them so you don't desire them, but if there was only one, or none you would be craving a cookie lol. This will be a choice you have to make, but have you considered discussing this with your wife? She may appreciate your openeness and you might grow closer as a couple because of it

Skeleton Lemonade, I felt the same way most of my life. What has helped me is my faith. God's love for you is stronger than anyone on this earth and something you will always have. Another thing I've realized is that you are the love you've been seeking. It's been depressing feeling no one loves me. But I have learned just to share love with others and let God's love be all the love I need. Just trying to be honest and helpful, my friend, don't know your religious beliefs, but I feel I can relate with how you feel

Talk to a Psychologist n he'll let you know what rubbish these two are while interestingly a sincere loyal relationship of heterosexual love is like a goldmine for oxytocin. Like marriage.

Less fear? That will definitely kill me sooner of later. I also don't have the emotion of love. And there is no such thing as happiness.

Well, if you want to play soothing music in future videos, don't play annoying stuff like what is in the background of this video, that is purely annoying and distracting.
