OK, this is lunch next week. I may add some thinly sliced pepper and a baby bok choi. This should be able to be altered for the Chef Box, too.

I bought the Dashi Powder. I had all the other ingredients on hand. This turned out really good. Thank you for your recipes. I've cooked almost all of them for my work lunches and there are many jealous co-workers!

My Itakico luchbox arrived with the internal stainless steel pot warped and dented . Itakico will only refund the part that you photograph thats damaged not the whole unit, even though it has a QC PASS on the bottom, its a cheap Chinese import sent from Canada

Sorry to hear about your experience. I bought my jumbo (not free) nearly 2 years ago and it is still working. I have been using the same one for all my videos. Are they not able to send you a replacement stainless steel pot?
