So they sent me a fancier Itaki model than I ordered and it is not as simple as this, and my egg just doesn’t seem to cook. Hopefully I can get it sorted out.

The newer fancier ones have a timer and theoretically should provide more control on the cooking time.

@ I get that, but it seems with that control also comes longer cook times. So I just gotta figure out the differences. Unless there is something wrong with the one I got or it’s extra temperamental. 😂
