I already faced this problem i called oyo complaint number then they kept me on hold and contacted hotel owner then he told them that we are crying alcohol that's why he didn't allowed us then the costumer care executive told me that he will arrange me another room but they failed to do that because no room was available so i contacted that hotel owner again and bargained with him and paid extra amount for the room at that time iam in a hectic situation because i have a interview in 3 hours so in that time I thought that is the right choice for me

Quite common in Hyderabad, no use if you complain also, hotel person will simply say no room available. Also Oyo will provide alternate hotel, and the same thing happen there also, because all hotels already discussed to do so, the price doesn't match, OYO Will show less price but actually hotel price is more, and OYO doesn't pay them on time, so on getting alternate hotel also you will face the same. Better avoid online booking and go offline, price will be little more but you will get room without any issues. Suggesting this out of personal experience, I was rejected at the hotel checkin for 3 hotels first was the actual booked and other 2 are alternative hotel provided by OYO, and by the way we are all boys who booked the hotel no girls.

Sir actually I did job in BOYO, for room rent 1000/- it will give for 400/- also. Here 40% goes to BOYO APP, Remaining balance for AC ROOM RENT SOAPS TOWELS. Means 200/- for room 😢. Hotels also suffer.

Oyo Customer care people never care.. Kept me on hold for more than 1hr in the midnight. I was with my family.. I had to pay extra to get the room.. Very bitter experience. These hotels were looting people. Oyo don't have full control on this system.

Hi Kaushik Same issue happened to me in the last month, after booking confirmation I visited to the property they denied to take booking asked extra money so complained to OYO no solution for it and OYO asked me to book another hotel in the late night 2am with my father (senior citizen). So I paid extra and stayed in that hotel and later followed up with OYO no response till date.

it happened to me too in midnight in Kolkata when I planned trip with my parents. I booked oyo for only 1 day and for the following days I booked reputed hotel. The oyo hotel didn't even allow us to stay and not even refunded money. Its not because of low booking fee.. it's because oyo has defaulted some money to this hotel for past months. So he asked me to pay full amount again. At midnight I was searching hotels for one night stay in tears. Fortunately that reputed hotel had one room on that day too due to some already booked person didn't turn up. A lesson learnt in hard way. It happened 4 years ago still I can't forget that horrible experience

Bro this is useless I faced the similar problem in Hyderabad in my recent visit Hotel Shadab International was refused to give me a room. Oyo customer service was not at all helpful and they are clearly said that there is no alternative Hotel is available right now so we can't arrange a hotel you will receive a refund. Oyo person exactly 45 minutes I was discussing about the room I given a complaint and their kept me waiting for 45 minutes outside the hotel I faced very terrible experience. After that I got the refund and I got another Hotel booked Shodh oyo complaint was also not helpful arised complaint in consumer form but I got a call from oyo customer service but I don't know what kind of action that took against the hotel
