Our car seat is very stiff and awkward to remove from chassis - is this normal?

Hi Alberto. This is totally normal for a new travel system, because it’s plastic on plastic it can sometimes get a little stuck. We suggest popping some Vaseline on your car seat adaptors the next time you use it with your car seat, this just helps to lubricate the adaptors and makes it easier to remove the car seat. Hope this helps!

Hey. With all new Travel Systems, you'll find there is a bit of stiffness at first. Over time this will slot in smoothly, however, if you want a quick #ParentingHack, we recommend applying vaseline. We hope this helps!

Carry cot is flat I can’t raise it ???

Hi, there should be bars underneath the mattress which will need extending so that the carrycot is structured correctly.
