Hi! My husband installed the isofix base correctly but locked the car seat incorrectly. Would you know how to take it out? I press the grey bottom to release it from the isofix but it doesn’t. :(

With my car it seems more secure when the bottom is slightly lifted, so the back part of the isofix is pushed right back in to the seat and the exstendable leg is fixed tight to the floor leaving no wobble or movement of the isofix, is this correct and safe? Also do you need to use the seat belt when using the isofix? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

Thank you so much for all your videos Debbie. We love them and your team. Is the oyster isofix base compatible with the next stage/size up car seat? Baby is 1 year old. We don’t have a car but we do go out with family members that have a car so don’t any to spend too much. We have the baby oyster car seat isofix that we’ve never used.

Thank you thats so kind. The Oyster base doens't currently have a second seat that will attach. Its a really hard one if you dont have a car but need to use a seat in other people car. it might be worth looking at the Cybex Pallas range they go up to 12 years so you would never need anther seat.
