Oz is such a great guy Not only is he one of a few original thinking directors left that puts out good quality films without diluting his vision but he seems like a genuinely nice person and I can’t wait to see more films from him and I hope he gets the respect for his films he so deserves!!!

I'm sold just based on Oz taking the time to interview with a young youtuber with only a few followers.

Man, only just read about Longlegs this morning and caught the trailer - eerie that you just happen to drop this interview tonight. Loved the interview dude, excited for the film, and his take on King's 'The Monkey'. Have you read that short story? There's also an episode of The X-Files called 'Chinga' which was written by King, which bears a resemblance to the story too, except it features a haunted doll. Worth checking out.

As soon as I saw the trailer for Longlegs it became my most anticipated movie of the year. And I had no idea it has the same director as The Blackcoat's Daughter, my favorite horror movie yet. Now I am Doubly excited!

I really loved from him Blackcoat's daughter that movie stuck with me so much. Longlegs' marketing is pure insane and I live for it. Can't wait to see Nic Cage in that role!

I am now a certified Osgood Perkins fan, this guy is a true artist, he's not full of himself and actually respects other people, whether they work with him or not. Really fascinating and as a really amature, wanna-be filmmaker, I can relate to almost everything he said.
Writing unspoken thoughts into the character dialogue in the script is fascinating. That’s so cool. Love he took the time to do this!

him saying that about horror and comedy makes a lot of sense, literally on the subreddit someone was asking if longlegs is a dark comedy and I really think it is…there’s moments that you’re like 😂 what why was there a funny moment sandwiched in with all this horror and i laughed a lot when I saw it in theatres

I just watched the trailer for Longlegs. In the comments someone mentioned Nic being interviewed speaking on Longlegs. And that's how I accidentally found your channel. Subscribed. Great interview with Oz! Keep it up!
