This is my guess, but I think he’s basically extremely good and very well practiced at watching and reading body language, eye contact, and facial movements. When QB turns to see who he throws too, he’s making direct eye contact with said person, and said person is usually making direct eye contact back. You can see it (fairly easily) with Trenton. His eyes and body language give it away. The rest of them are probably the same, maybe more subtle, but if you are a mentalist like this guy, then it’s easy to pick up. What he is doing is basically quick reading and educated guess work. When you work on the craft, it works most of the time, especially on people who aren’t aware that their profession makes them do things like have intensive and direct body language. I.E. a QB making eye contact with his receiver before a throw. At least, that’s what I think is happening anyway. I could be 100% wrong.
