I think what you learned from the Ozamiz City Forum is true. Really scaring and so discouraging! This is a challenge for local government and for all the people in our beloved Ozamiz City! I hope people just don't be silent for all these criminalities out there! And hope too that other people don't put the law in their hands! Silently salvaging criminals or the so-called "menace of the society" is not just fair and acceptable!
