Congrats on the boost! Time to get tht baby dialed in. Btw, I have the same boost a pump, you’re gonna need to run a relay cause you’re gonna FRY your wiring back there. Those wires are massive compared to stock. Reach out to your tuner for relay instructions. Dude u need to heat shrink those exposed wires, your gonna destroy ur boost a pump. I heard some flutter on ur second startup and revs. Check your vacuum hoses and blow off valve cause that will destroy your procharger and motor really bad (it should sound like a consistent pppssshhhhhhh). Also, idk if you have already or not but u needa gap ur spark plugs accordingly to your tuners specs, you need the biggest MAF u can find, make sure ur air tubes arent banging against something for false knock and your ready to send it!!! Boost gauge isn't really needed. It's not a turbo car. But it's cool to make sure your vacuum is good.

Exciting stuff brother! Love it. I completely understand the excitement of completing a performance mod. That is gonna be one sick Mach 1! Those are certainly my favorite non Cobra Mustangs. I have a little bit of intercooler envy too...I got an SN95 Cobra 5.0 with a Powerdyne supercharger on mild boost and it's non-intercooled. Eventually I want to add one or do water/meth injection.

There should be an option where you can turn off the o2 sensors and it should turn off the check engine light. On the side note, the Mach is coming along nice 🙏🏼

Ozomeroman 1st time I've seen your channel & videos. Bro mad props I absolutely love your Mach! Shows you got great taste when it comes to modding vehicles! Anyone who dislikes your car or nitpiks things on your build they are just jealous haters. I'm working on getting a new Stage 3 Roush Mustang GT or a Petty Garage Mustang GT as my want for a new Coyote powered Mustang has finally got the best of me & I'm to the point I cannot stand it anymore & HAVE to get one. I love the fact I can get a 700+ hp Mustang GT from the dealer with a warranty! Gah 10 or 15 years ago that was unheard of (unless one bought an exotic or a low prod. Viper, Ford GT or something along those lines that were usually well into the 6 $figure$ area), at least @ the somewhat reasonable prices they can be found for now. If not for wanting a new Supercharged Coyote so bad I would probably be looking for a Mach 1, Bullitt, or Terminator to Coyote swap & rebuild the factory 4.6L for BIG POWWAAA plus the fact it would give me an extra engine. Anyways for real, love your car man! I don't think I would change anything that I've seen so far. Seems we like the same look on New Edges. Your wheels, bags (the stance they give your car is MEAN AF), power adder, it all adds up to New Edge Mach 1 perfection!!! How many miles is on your Mach?

Bro not sure if anyone has mentioned but you used the wrong power steering fluid, the Mach 1 takes Mercon V transmission fluid as power steering, it’s also tied into your brakes since it’s a hydroboost system

You don’t need drag radials on a boosted Mach 1, it will make around 380hp

If you want the o2 to go off buy spark plug spacers. Take them and roll out the center they will thread right in the spacer and then I to you're bung for the o2. I've done it many times it works great.

Dude you need to fix your vacuum line coming off your blow off valve ! You need to have that hooked up to a vacuum source so the blow off valve can function properly its not supossed to flutter. and man your gonna fry that stock pump. putting a boost a pump on that especially with not relay is not gonna last you long. I have a 04 d1sc procharged mach stock motor and i did a AEM 340 fuel pump direct swap. no issues. Key to a proper build is a proper fuel system. Your gonna have issues on the dyno with that fuel pump setup. Check your hoses, looks like your missing clamps.

They have a connection you can connect to your oxygen sensor connectors underneath the car and it will trick the computer is into thinking there's an oxygen sensor so you won't have a check engine light

Make sure you use a thicker oil bro! My 2014 uses 5w-20 but because I beat on it a lot and it’s warmer climates in Southern California, I use 5w-30. Also upgrade your thermostat and make sure you have a catch can or breathers for blow by. Don’t blow up your engine! And congrats on going boost! I still remember when you barely got the bags lol

Have a dsg mach 1 with a vortech making 440 rwhp car is a beast will run with most of the new cars today..word of advice dont cheese out on a boost a pump go with cobra tank and gt pumps..remember fuel is everything.it would be ashame to blow the motor because u tried to go the cheap route..also your head unit sound like it needs a rebuild

A cheap remedy that I use is they make spark plug spacers that are for if you have bad rings. Take it drill out down the center the o2 will thread in and it will thread into you're o2 bung light will go away

Your 4.6 & his 4.6 are not the same. Grand Marquis has a 2V 4.6L. His Mach is a 4V 4.6L big difference in the two engines.
