ozone chrono v2 15m raw test

The wind was blowing 15 to 18 knots, little bit to much for me to test a foil haha :) Amazing hangtime easy to fly and amazing upwind performance.

Thanks Abe! The wind picked up to 25 knots so needed to switch to my 10m. next time a not overpowered video. Cant belive the hangtime!! a lot of old school tricks are comming

yeah it sounded windy! In 25knots you could do super mega massive big heli loop jumps with a 15m. You need a LOT of space downwind 200m+! Looks like big progression is coming on your videos with this new kite. I love my new race kite too. I see in your video it's the same inflation style. Takes a little longer than a lotus for example for wing tips to be fully inflated. I find you have to back stall the kite a lot to get it inflated but its cool I don't mind, once the wings are open its super kite days!!! Have fun bro. Be safe too and ride forever ;)

Cool, can you explain me a bit more your set up as you are using a best bar, is the depower works? Is it exactly the same as the ozone bar (in terms of security, depower...) thx

15 to 18 knots ! and with the 15m you were already flying !!! and with such a hang time. Very impressive kite. How much is your weight Menno ? Iam thinking of getting the same one in 13m. for 12 to 16 knots..Iam 61kg..what do you think ? Thx for you help

I'll be setting up my 13 15 and 18 Chrono3's tomorrow, sold my 15 and 18 Chrono2's and still have 13m Chrono3 for sale :D Also, these kites fly better with bars designed for them, the lines need a control strop for landing and help launching. It never takes me this long to launch, can be 100% inflated in about 7 seconds using the strop to put the kite further back in the window for inflation. For a guy your size gusting 18 knots is a load for a 15m Ch :D good time though, what's the location? I see you don't have a foil bar on this one, better with one, and the 15m likes a 55cm.

bowmosexual yeah ozone chronos are the best. I was walking in front of the camera thats why it took so long. The reason ive got a best bar is because the kite was already too expensive haha. Had a spare bar.

Inflatable kites rule never have to adjust them has long you own them.lunching them are so much better and saver.more stable in gusty winds and depower much better. Here the real kicker three thousand for one foil kite that you always have to fuck with.no thanks

been flying a soul for a year and my experience is absolutely the opposite of yours@UClLO2OozyibbvOINkF1OedA . The only headache i do experience is the goddamn tangling when you land it wrong. Other then that, amazing kites

I had these kites they fly like foils in the past. Only big difference price $3000 for a kite. That fills up with water /hardly any depower/ has to be tuned a lot / can’t use it in the ocean because of waves/always sketchy lunching intill kite fills up with air. Ozone make the best inflatable kites out there. But there foil kites your wasting your money

This is absolutaly not true If you know how to fly a foil. it does not fill up with water and the realaunch is easy (ververse launch). Beach launch is easy and safe when you pre fill it and do it right. ozone says tune it every 60 flight hours, i never did it in 3 years and it still flys amazing. yes the kites are expensive put totaly worth it. amazing uwind performance, great in the waves and awesome to jump on because of its hangtime.

Menno l'Abee i know how to fly foils I been flying foils from the very beginning like I said no big change just Materials and price You say you use it in waves and ocean you must fly it very conservative because if hit the waves your kite will fill with water and a lot your kite getting repaired. You say you never tuned your kite in years that tells me you fly it conservative because if you fly like like I do very hard and aggressive you will see how fast they get out of tune nest time you fly crash it in the waves and leave it in the water for five minutes. Like I said $3ooo not Worth the headache. You say big hang time try using the Edge big hang time turns faster you will rip up wind faster and can handle really gusty conditions much better then the foil and never Ever needs to be tuned and can lay in water all. Day and still relaunch plus cheaper if price and will last longer
