I agree, it's probably one of my fav fight scenes ever, it doesn't have any superpowers or anything similar, just two friends fighting for what they believe it's correct, and then the fact that there was no real loser, both of them won and so they regained their friendship. *Spoilers* Though, what came afterwards wasn't as cool since the hinamizawa great disaster happened anyways but oh well.

Honestly one of if not the best used tracks in the entire novel. How the same song can elicit such different emotions from its use in the beginning and the end respectively, how it symbolizes living life normally which cures Rena's syndrome induced hysteria it just did the perfect job of capturing, beginning, and ending tsumihoriboshi-hen. Especially so cool coming right after the epic music playing while foiling her plans when it all comes down to the showdown on the roof, itself a callback to the water gun fight. Again this parallel only greater signified by using this track. Great stuff.
