Totally agree what's this guy said at 7:21 even if you are not a musician, just the necessary to live well, don't need too much is just weight to drag. Wonderfull band and music by the way.

Their music is akin to viewing non-figurative abstract art. I like that whole "leave it up to the listener to make their own truth of it" philosophy.

Ed, please make some new songs! I crave more of your special talent! When I listen to Ozrics it gives me a sense of being under the influence of psychadelics, even though it's been a lifetime since I actually last tripped. I am most happy that there are no lyrics because I don't like to have someone else's ideas programmed into my head. I've taken LSD and psylocyben and mescaline over 400 times in my teens to thirties, and this music would have been awesome while tripping.

@Risseldy Rosseldy 5496 exactly what I love about this band. The absence of lyrics allows me to wander where I would, rather than being told what to think.

Ed is a very levelheaded guy - that’s why they’re still creating great music.

Love you guys, your music and Spirit! You have been a great influence for me as a musician, i always remember the close encounter with you in Chile earthdance and your big smile while we sang Chai from waterfall cities 😀 Thanks for still keeping us flying far with your awesome cósmic grooves! 💚

I'm getting back into them. I only just bought their New album and its awsome. I agree with everything the front man says about the radio being crap. He's right, it always has been. The radio plays the same bland, boring repetitive crap 15 times a day 8 days a week. That's why I don't listen to the radio myself. Ozrice Tentacles make a difference like the Sex Pistols and public image did in the past. The people who listen to the radio are as sad and boring as the radio itself. Long live real music.

Way back in 1973 when I was doing LSD and jamming with people, not in shows just jamming around and you could get some spaced out music going but if the guitar got out of tune forget it. Didn't have tuners back then and I could never get a guitar back in tune when tripping.

Ed Wynne was one of my huge guitar influences. He's next level. I mean look at what sort of tabs I've had to create to try and figure out what he plays i.imgur.com/7xX4OKS.png .

It has to be said I'm glad she's gone. Talk about an ego and she tries to dominate the interviews. When Eds being asked a question about the early Oz she diverts it to her and modern Oz. That annoying laugh she has too. Oz have improved since her departure and Edd is just getting better and better.

She was back in the band for a while but recently posted that she would not be joining the upcoming tour. Ed must have laid down the law with her.

They're probably the absolute best band to get stoned to. The only other band that comes close would be the moody blues 🍀💚🍋

From what I've heard of them playing live her bass playing seems to be the basis of everything, she gets this great groove going and then everybody is making weird special effect music on top of that.

Pretty sure she's still kinda involved! According to the credits she's still playing bass on their latest record Lotus Unfolding. Maybe she's just not touring with them right now.
