@@MichaelxAlexander Absolutely. Piers is a master at what he does. In fact, psybient as a genre has pushed the boundaries of what a musical experience could be. Managing to encapsulate more than one would've ever imagined before the electronic era.

iv been a Lone Ozric Fan for my whole life it seems nobody around feels they deserve any recognition... growing up with flaky glambands with likes of Stevevai & such it was a real refreshing moment to discover these blokes & was in a courageous Honor@Glastonbury 1993? i do feel without Ozrics there would have never been birth of Pure Goatrance such as Hallucinogen which would eventually turn into Super-Ozric inspired circus-act of Shpongle etc.. realized problem is most Rock/Metal Music have NOTHING to do with Nature despite calling themselves 'elements' cuz of course only all about FAME & Ozrics really taught me that Guitar-shredding music can also be about Mother Nature too which is prolly why nobody cares hate to "drop a negative bomb" here but i truly second Ozzy's notion of "Why would Anyone Want to Live in America" i figured Ozrics were on some kind of Romantic Journey to follow Nikola Tesla's Dream in Colorado but fact is im assuming it was shortly After this actual Interview their Colorado Home was destroyed in a mountain fire & thus much of their archives & instruments around 2012? ironically suffering a similar fate as NT as id assume tho i dont know much more than "Prestige" "Im Afraid of Americans" --David Bowie Gun Control Problems - Raging Fires - Tornadoes - Drought - Landslides - Avalanches - Hurricanes - & Quakes Everywhere in Every Direction it seems & not to mention infinite Pollution... im pretty sure its hard to 'stay positive' out there aside bonus of COVID im from Japan & we just had our Former Prime Minister Assassinated by an idiot with a homemade 'electric' shotgun a few months ago & so counting Him? there has been around 10 TEN Gun-related Deaths here.. & per year versus average of 40,000~ annually in America which apparently is Even Worse in Brazil 50,000~ of course some Third of that are Suicides but im still not sure what 50,000 - 10 =? absolutely NO regard for Life whatsoever aside from all that im happy to know Ozrics have given some people Hope in form of Music cuz thats what Enlightenments truly all about.. im ashamed to call myself an Ozrics Fan as it was only after my rant above i discovered very tragic reality of what happened to Roly Wynne maestro Ed's Brother & of course founding member of original OzTs i realized there was some insensitive remarks above which of course i could just simply Edit out somehow but for dramasake id like to pay my respects now & also for His Father whom i had no idea was a very prominent UK Sculptor who is known for that "Boy with Dolphin" statue i recently found a photo of & was absolutely Heartbroken to hear that his Son Roly was actual 10yo model for that creation... i also noticed Rolys middle name was "Amadeus" which prolly didnt help much sorry for irony... coincidence Mozart died@36 if i may recall.. i dont know details but i learned all this skimming through Oz Wiki of course & it almost saddened me to see such a Wonderful Band go through all same Trials & Tribulations of a common "Rock & Roll Experience" tho also another coincidence that it was Jimi Hendrix & George Harrison in persons that Chose Ed Wynne to become a True Guitar Shaman tbh im a rising Djembe artist myself & play weekly along shores of southern Kanagawa which is a mere inlet away from Yokohama zone which im all to familiar of from my Raving Dayz anyhow i dedicated my last playset to Roly & Family Love & Respect from Japan💌 Zirohmz

@@bloodynin97571 major scale is actually 7 different scales, depends on what note you start. Starting from "second" note it's a dorian scale and so on. This applies to every scale. Chord extensions are also important, it involves adding a note on top that's not part of the original chord. Makes it funkier. The basslines and chord progressions for most Ozric stuff are pretty easy once you have discipline and can shred at a decent speed. Nowhere near as difficult as something like Miles Davis, Phish or Yes. Just need the stamina to jam hard as fuck and tear up an instrument.
