I’m completely blind and your description in your video made it so that I was able to perform this repair on my wife’s Santa Fe. Saved me a bunch from not having to go to the dealership. I was even able to repair my mothers cobalt. Thanks for the great descriptive (emphasis on descriptive) videos.

If replacing the hood with a identical hood from a salvage yard, would this be the same process to remove/install?

What kind of grease do you use?

Really only need a drop size, so any grease will work.

Hello Glen do you have a video for the same make, and model car when the turn signal light blinks fast?
@ozzstars_cars10 ай бұрын
Rick when that occurs most of the time it's due to a bad light bulb which is burned out. Next would be a short due to a broken wire of corrosion. I don't have a video on that. Let us know what you find!

Hyundai is telling me that there is a difference between a driver side and passenger side strut for my 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited. Different price as well. Aren't they the same on both sides?
@ozzstars_cars2 жыл бұрын
Usually it's the brake line mount that's different. Left and right on different sides.

Man, I missed this one! Stupid KZbin notifications. 😠 Always nice taking a peek under the hood of a car with weak struts ... then a gust of wind comes and drops the hood right on your head! Lost count of how many times that's happened to me, lol.🤣 I've used that brand before - good stuff. Brilliant minds think alike! Hope you're staying warm down there. It's friggin 17° here right now ... 🥶☹
