True great show! Became a Fan of all the Cast but especially the great Ragnar Lothbrok. Was really surprised when I found out He was Aussie. Then I found out Bjorn was Canadian and they had very few Scandinavian (still living in Scandinavia) actors. 😂😂😂 Norsemen is a comedy series I quite enjoyed and the Cast are mostly Scandinavian.

@@CaffeinatedKing Nah I watched it all out of spite. I was already too far in so I had to finish it and yes, the show dies with Ragnar. Even Rollo who was another favorite basically leaves the show after that. Good characters like Bjorn and Lagertha just turned dumb out of nowhere and it was pure torture watching it to the end.

Holy nostalgia and crossed streams! I'm from Dublin, I worked as an extra/background actor on Vikings from 2012 to 2020. In my few and limited dealings with Travis, he was always cool, always friendly, quite funny, but I watched a lot of what was going on around me, he was always cool to all the extras, and other crew members too. He was hugely popular with hair, make up and costume people, even one of the bus drivers who brought extras up and down from Dublin to Wicklow told me him and Travis would chat Rugby League, a non-existent sport in Ireland. I was there on his last day when it was pretty cold, a shade above freezing and they hung the guy up in a cage barefoot for hours, I felt so sorry for him, he's a tough one. I'm glad to see he's looking well 8 years later, he's not aged a day!

@@ES-pc8kf It sounds like you got a peek at Luggala. I had to remind other extras on the harder days that tourists were paying big money to go to places that we were being paid to be in.. The rowing crews on those boats were real rowers but, there are lil moments in the show when a rower had no oar and faked it, or was wearing sunglasses or was wearing a hat that had no business existing 1,000 years ago!

Deadset impressed with Trav after this. It would be easy to be put off by hollywood, imposter syndrome is a real thing. He seems like the sort of bloke you could just hang out with and talk shit. It is really interesting hearing him talk about fear of speaking in front of the class and being introverted but social. So many people out there would be amazing actors but don't get into it because of their fear of public speaking.

without a doubt one of the best interviews with a celeb that is humble and down to earth, that has ever existed. maybe the only thing that would close is something with Keanu Reeves. I don't think I've ever felt more that I could be sitting there drinking with Travis and Ozzy Man just shooting the bull. love it

Travis is legit the coolest dude. I served him coffee for years while he was on Vikings and even around town off the job he remembered me and always stopped to chat! He’s so cool he still drives a pos red truck. Scott Caan and Charlie Hunnam are of this caliber down to earth cool dudes!

Vikings is one of my favorite shows of all time, I only just discovered it about 2 years ago and binged the entire thing, loved every minute. I actually have been re-watching it again throughout this year with a friend and it's just as good as the first time. Travis was amazing as Ragnar and it always makes me happy to know a local boy played such a fantastic role in such an awesome show.

It was nice to have him mention how much he enjoyed Baytown Outlaws which is one of my favorite movies Travis has done. I also agree with what he said about people from Louisiana. I m from Louisiana myself, and agree people here are salt of the earth! Earned my subscribe.

This interview was awesome. So laid back and not your normal canned questions and stuff. Please keep doing these. I wouldn’t recognise Travis if I passed him in the street. I love how humble and Aussie he is. I grew up around pubs as a kid and my Dad who worked full time for the Police, used to clean the night club at my mums pub. As a kid I remember tagging along at times and loved finding all the money left behind 😂😂 Kudos for the interview, very cool to listen 2 Aussie fellas shooting the breeze 🙌🏻 Keep the Aussie culture in this country 🤞🏻🙏🏻🙌🏻

Ozzy you got a bit fuzzy-eyed in the end. ;) Travis is keeping it real. I am really curious about that first script for Warcraft. I mean the movie was not bad, per se, I was entertained but at the same time disapointed. What stood out to me was Travis Fimmel in it. I instantly wanted to see him in more fantasy / sci-fi / superhero movies etc. His character has often something raw about them, a roughness but with heart. Anyway good luck to you both in whatever you do. =)
